With winter break approaching in a college town like Springfield, people need a release. Luckily bands such as The Vybes and NO Vacancy are providing stomping grounds for the youth.

The Vybes at The Vault

The Vybes are a local cover band from Springfield. Say what you will about cover bands, The Vybes are here to prove you wrong. They are rooted in classic rock from the 70s to modern day, but, can play anything and pull it off well. With a great taste in music they truly do provide the vibes anywhere they go. Aside from the music they are easy going and greatly enjoyable to be around. Currently they play at the Dive on Patton every Wednesday at 9:00 and it’s an experience you cant miss. Be sure to buy their singer DJ a shot of fireball..

Around 10:00 PM I left The Vault and made my way to The Regency. There were a few other bands playing but I was there to shoot photos for the headlining band No Vacancy.
